Public and Private IP Address

The public ip is the identifier of your network from the outside, that is, the one of your home router, which is the one that is visible from the outside, while the private ip is the one that identifies each of the devices connected to your network, therefore, each of the IP addresses that the router assigns to your computers, mobiles, tablets or any other devices that is connected to it.

Therefore, all devices connected to the same router have different private IP addresses, but the same public IP, since it is the router's, which acts as a gateway.
